Providing your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address will allow us to contact you with monthly ordering reminders, news of special products, public meetings and events, and other information. While the co-op usually has a few Azure and Frontier catalogs on hand, it is easiest to contact the supplier for a free catalog. Both of our suppliers also display their catalog online for viewing. See the

Please send your orders electronically using the order forms provided in the monthly email or stop by the co-op to pick up ordering information. Orders are due on specific Tuesdays by noon. Order and delivery dates for 2006/2007 are as follows:
In order to get great deals, sometimes we need to order items in large sizes. When you split an order with someone else, it is your responsibility to arrange who is going to order and pay for the item, and a way to split it.
Payment is due when you pick up your order. We currently accept cash, checks and Food Stamp (EBT) benefits for payment. Your order will be corralled together (usually in a box) with an invoice itemizing your order.
